At XOTIC PC, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with your high-performance hardware through our comprehensive 30-day return policy. If your custom build or accessory does not meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated service center using a tracked shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
